Return Policy
Due to the nature of the Trading Card Game industry, we do not offer returns on cards and sealed product. That being said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please send us an email and we'll make it right.

We accept returns and issue refunds on select TCG accessories and merchandise, including sleeves, binders, and deck boxes—provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- If applicable, tags must still be attached
- Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the buyer
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll process your refund promptly
Please email us at contact@boisecardshop.com for all return inquiries. Make sure to include your name and order number.
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Please email contact@boisecardshop.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..."
